The solution was to create a new first floor providing a living room and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, within the roof space, including the addition of a large balcony. The new glass stair tower rises to the first floor providing views out across the sea to the south as people ascend.

This exciting, contemporary design incorporates large, south-facing glazed sliding-folding doors to both the new living room and the master bedroom, providing uncluttered access to the balcony.  The light, open and airy design will rejuvenate the living experience within the  bungalow.

The project is currently under construction, with completion expected in March 2012.
